American Speech–Language–Hearing Association

The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) offered several regulated credentials but was looking to launch a new voluntary credential for Audiology Assistants and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants.

ASHA hired BVC to build buzz, create a pipeline, and educate the market on the importance of assistants and the need to certify them. BVC worked with ASHA developing key messaging, branding and a go-to-market strategy for the rollout of the certification. This process included the creation of collateral, video interviews, and a landing page giving information about the certification.

Despite launching during the pandemic, the campaign hit the budgeted first year numbers while creating a pipeline of interested audiences. Additionally the certifications were approved and listed in the Army COOL system for continued use.
