Natalie Judd is an entrepreneurial communications executive with nearly three decades of experience focused on providing results-driven strategies. She enjoys a national reputation for her work with associations and is known for unique insights, out-of-the-box strategy development and her passion for client success.
Natalie has been the primary architect on numerous general market and Latino campaigns for companies such as Clorox Corporation (multibrands), Johnson & Johnson, National SAFE KIDS Campaign, Black & Decker, Association of Hispanic Advertising Agencies, Wisconsin Energy, BITS, The American Red Cross, Vme Media, Galileo Global Advisors, American Epilepsy Society, The Institute of Management Accountants, Commission on Dietetic Registration, American Dental Hygienists’ Association, the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, Pitney Bowes Financial Services and Unilever (multibrands) among many other clients.
Natalie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from St. Olaf College in Minnesota, and is certified in Investor Relations from the University of Connecticut. She has also received extensive education in capital campaign management and fundraising with the University of Indiana, School of Philanthropy.
Taylor Rogers takes pride in driving results through creative and disciplined approaches to traditional and social media, and promotional strategy. By staying up to date with global trends, Taylor has a proven ability to gain media coverage on a variety of topics from various outlets. She leverages her media skills to create effective content and public relations campaigns.
Taylor values the importance of maintaining a positive reputation for every client and continuously strives to create contributions that will benefit each clients’ mission. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in public relations from the University of Rhode Island with a double focus in social media and entrepreneurship and a minor in general business.

Erin Callan is an enthusiastic public relations professional who is adept at generating positive coverage and engagement. Prior to joining Big Voice, Erin was the communications and public relations manager for QueensBridge. There she devised promotional and informational messages to build brand image, created public promotions and initiatives, and tracked and leveraged any changing regulations.
Earlier in her career, Erin worked closely with the marketing and fan engagement team for Kraft Sports and Entertainment. Her responsibilities consisted of supporting national sponsor activations and event liaison for brands such as Bank of America, Bud Light and Scotties. She also worked closely with the New England Patriots and helped manage game day operations and event logistics.
As a people person, she loves time getting to know folks on a personal or professional level. Erin holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in communications and public relations, a minor in business, and a focus in event management from the University of Rhode Island.
Jennifer Walus is a marketing expert with more than twenty years of experience, and has a strong record of developing national and regional public relations campaigns for both the general and Hispanic markets across a wide range of industries, including consumer packaged goods, food, travel and tourism, public affairs, corporate social responsibility, and healthcare. In addition, she possesses extensive experience in retail marketing, business-to-business, and food and beverage communications.
Before joining Big Voice Communications, Jennifer helped lead Edelman’s midwest team, having launched its multicultural practice in Chicago and having served most recently as Vice President. During that time, she grew the group to include Walmart, Burger King, Cingular, SCJohnson, Shell, Dairy Management Inc. (DMI), Butterball Turkey, the Consortium to Lower Obesity in Chicago Children (CLOCC), Kimberly-Clark and many of the Unilever Home and Personal Care brands – most notably Dove and its Campaign for Real Beauty.
Jennifer grew up in Leesburg, Virginia, and graduated from Dartmouth College in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts in romance languages and a minor in biology. She is fluent in Spanish and Italian, and is proficient in French.


John Begert specializes in strategy, content and storytelling for media, education and non-profit clients and has held senior marketing posts at some of the world’s best-known brands.
As CMO for V-me - public TV’s first-ever national Hispanic network - he developed the brand positioning and visual identity, and led all marketing, digital communications, and partnership initiatives. Earlier, as Head of Programming and Marketing for Discovery Networks Europe, he oversaw six channels in two dozen countries, and launched Discovery Channel France. Prior to Discovery, John took Disney Channel into Latin America as Head of Marketing and Programming and led an award-winning re-brand of all international Disney channels.
John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Notre Dame and received his MBA in marketing from the Columbia Graduate School of Business.
Katie O'Dell is a strategic communicator with a master’s degree in Public Relations from Quinnipiac University and ten years of professional media experience.
Prior to joining Big Voice Communications, she was an acquisitions editor for Falcon Guides, leading publisher of outdoor recreation books. In this role Katie developed books that inform and inspire outdoor recreation, managing each project from concept to publication. Katie succeeded in this role thanks to excellent organizational skills, intentional environmental scanning and the ability to listen and constructively challenge collaborators to create unique narratives that resonate with target audiences. She has developed Falcon’s internal communications and managed brand relationships with national organizations including Kampgrounds of America, Outside Media and Outward Bound.
In her earlier career as a local journalist, Katie reported on conservation, public policy and city planning. Her recent free-lance reporting covers fast fashion and responsible business.


Patrick Hynes is a media relations specialist with a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Advertising from Loyola University Chicago with a passion for helping brands tell their stories. Prior to joining Big Voice Communications, Patrick previously worked at several tech startups and for one of Chicago’s top lifestyle/hospitality agencies. Believing a warm smile and a good joke are essential tools in any situation, outside of work you can find Patrick performing stand-up comedy at open mics around town.
